Payment
 |
A 25% deposit has to be paid on reservation of any service.
After the deposit is paid we will be able to secure the booking. |
|
Full Payment is to be paid 45 days prior to departure; if
this is not done the cancellation fee shall apply. |
|
If the reservation is made within the 45 days prior to
departure full payment is to be effected immediately. |
|
Confirmation of bookings is required in writing or email at
the earliest possible. |
|

Release Periods
|
30 days of arrival date. |
|
|
|
|
Cancellation Charges
|
If cancellation occurs before 60 days of arrival date there
will be a curtailment charge of 10% of the total due. |
|
If cancellation occurs before Release period, the
cancellation fee will be the deposit paid. |
|
If cancellation occurs within the Release period, the
cancellation fee shall be full charge of the services ordered. |
|

Refunds
|
If, for any reason a tour is cancelled by Art Malta Tours
we will offer a full refund or, alternatively, offer to transfer the booking to another tour date. |
|
If the customer cancels a reservation prior to departure
the Cancellation Charges (shown above) will apply. |
|
No refund can be given after a tour has started. |
