At Art Malta Tours we work by the ethos of encouraging everyone to participate, and to get to know the
culture and customs of the Maltese islands and their people. And who better to achieve this than our
guide and tutor, Charles Bezzina. Born and raised the son of a carpenter in Floriana - Malta, Charles
is 52 years of age and has lived in England since the age of 18. Having painted all his life, he
recently decided to leave his logistics profession and pursue his love for art. Two years ago he
embarked on a Fine Arts and History degree and is now in his final year. He is also a part time art
tutor at Northampton College and often exhibits his work in both England and Malta. It is Charles' aim
and ambition to share his ideas about art with both beginners and seasoned artists and to develop
these ideas both physically and spiritually. He states:
"I too am inspired by new challenges and fresh locations and enjoy instructing new beginners and being
surrounded by like minded artists. The discussions will never be dull and always very encouraging."
Charles's easy going personality will gain the confidence of all participating. His ideas and
